Mr. Arjun Jani, the visionary behind HIRR, is a passionate Computer Engineer and experienced Human Resource professional who turned his career insights into a powerful mission: to help people build careers they are truly meant for.

A proud alumnus of Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Arjun began his career in the corporate world and soon found his true calling in Human Resources. Over the span of 6 years in an international company, he gained deep insights into recruitment, skill assessment, and career development.

The Turning Point: From HR Desk to Human Impact

While working as an HR professional, Arjun noticed a disturbing trend — skilled individuals were ending up in roles that didn’t match their talents, passions, or goals.

Fresh graduates were confused about what to pursue.
Skilled candidates were failing interviews due to lack of soft skills.
Many were stuck in jobs they didn't enjoy, simply because they never got proper guidance.

This gap between potential and placement deeply resonated with him. He saw how misguided career choices led to dissatisfaction, wasted talent, and untapped potential in the job market.

The Birth of HIRR

Motivated to solve these real-world issues, Arjun founded HIRR – Helping Individuals Reach Roles. His goal? To create a career support ecosystem that:
